•Edith assisted me in buying a house and afterwards she represented me in selling my previous house. Edith helped me think through whether I wanted to lease my previous house or sell it and gave me an estimate for how much I could lease it for. When I decided to sell the house, Edith put me in touch with a handyman, who was able to come out promptly to repair a couple of items. She set an appointment with the stager, immediately, and after two appointments, the house looked beautiful. The house listed in a couple of weeks, and it sold in 6 weeks. Edith is a great communicator and assists with references for movers, maintenance people and assists in communicating with the other party's realtor, the title company, etc. Edith is also just a lovely person to work with, I would highly recommend her as a real estate agent!
