Megha Gurtu is truly exceptional.I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data she has about the market. Megha Gurtu was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. Seriously. I purchased a townhouse when the interest rate was going up and the budget for me was tight, plus the expectations and wow factor while searching for a home needed to be satisfied too, so it wasn’t a straightforward deal. She highlighted the concerns and did her research to make sure progress was being made and I wouldn’t have to wait for a long time to move in. She did an incredible amount of gathering information about the process, the status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents. The delivery of the information was straightforward, presenting the info and talking about the pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. She really treats the situation like they are purchasing the property – she looks out for you and has your best interests in mind. Megha will work with you to make your desires a reality. Megha is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Megha was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done – and she did! Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I would recommend her to all as a real estate agent.
