I felt very uncomfortable with having to sell my home from a distance of several states away having had no experience with selling . Carla put me at ease with the very first phone conversation that we had. I only asked her a few questions for which she gave me great answers. I realized at that moment I had called the right person. Carla took over after that and I had very little to worry about. I was informed each day after that as to how the sale was progressing until I had a byer. She really took over after that, made the sale, did all the paper work I did not understand and closed the deal. I only had to sign my name a few times and it was over. I can't praise her enough for what she did for us.

Carla had sold my husband's house several years ago & it sold in a short length of time. We thought then that Carla had done a great job & decided to call on her again to sell our current home. We were very nervous and Carla was very reassuring. As soon as all the info was compiled & we signed the contract for her to sell, Carla began with the tape measure & pictures. Carla always returned our calls or text even tho she was taking a lengthy class to improve on her business. To our surprise & pleasure, our house literally sold in less than one week as she was willing to work & negotiate on our behalf with another realator. Thank you Carla.
