•We started working with Brad almost 3 years ago. We used to tell him we weren’t ready to buy but were looking at different communities. He was ok with this because he knew when we were ready to buy we would buy from him and he was right. He had a good understanding of what we wanted. We ended up seeing seven homes in one day and picked the house of our dreams. We bought a brand new home that was still under construction. Brad was a great resource during the build. He recommended a private home inspector who was wonderful. Brad was present for the whole journey. We were still in NY so Brad would periodically go to the property and provide us with updates. I would highly recommend Bradley.
