We have purchased, and sold two condo with Jonathan over the past several years. He has always been there to take care of the inevitable hiccups that arise, large and small. Very pleasant, very knowledgeable. He is a real estate professional, not a part-time house-flipping want-to-be, and has a wealth of experience in real estate deals in all price ranges and throughout the area. Thus five stars.

From the moment we first met until the day of closing Matt was a joy to deal with. He listened to what we were looking for, identified properties that met our needs, previewed properties for us an guided us successfully through the buying process. Matt displayed a superior knowledge of the locale we were interested in and even suggested a neighboring area that might even be a better fit for us— and guess what- it was!!! We bought a wonderful new home and we cannot thank Matt enough for all his help. Do NOT hesitate to work with Matt, we promise you will not be sorry.

Jonathan was great to work with! Very informative on all the properties that we looked at. Was a great asset in closing, and helped with an issue that arose on our end with our banker. When we arrived a month later after closing he was there to help us, and helped take care of a problem with the air conditioning. Would definitely recommend him, and would use him again.

Our experience with realtors was truly a horrible one, until we found Matt. He was by far the best experience in our home buying. He stayed in touch with us and our realtor selling our home in S.C. . When we hit a snag, he was quick to help get us on track. Went that extra mile find us the home we wanted and then made sure all was done so we could get our dream home. If you are searching for a home and you want a realtor who will truly do all he can for you ,then he is your realtor
