We found brad online after searching for homes in Florida. Based on his reviews we decided to meet with him and give him a chance. What a true gentlemen. He ALWAYS shows up very nicely dressed regardless of the weather in a suit or a sports jacket. I’m telling you. Brad is the sharpest dresser in this industry. His mannerism, kindness and amazing patience proved that he isn’t interested in making his percentage. He wants his clients happy. Brad proved this time after time as we literally saw 20 plus houses with him. Brad even drove hours away on his own time to video record multiple houses for us as we were making offers from NEW YORK! Of course, there were many that we lost, but no fault of Brad. This real estate industry in today’s world is a war. And if you’re looking for a knowledge, passionate and caring person to fight for you, with the exceptionally passionate heart with the right connections and taste to find you your home. Believe me.. It is Brad. This man has gone way beyond what we expected. He stays in contact with you through out the entire process. Not like some agents or brokers in Florida that leave you out to dry with the potential of losing your escrow deposit! NOT BRAD… He sticks to his guns, makes the appropriate bids that win the house and he really protects his clients privacy, interest and in the same token. Matt’s qualities as a realtor and in general an awesome human being are numerous. His ability to multitask and organize are incomparable. I called him every night even as late as 10pm to discuss houses to see the next day. He emailed the list of viewings, ordered and scheduled within a couple hours He quickly read our personalities and and needs and rolled with our craziness as the situation presented itself. In one instance I point blank told him to pull an offer we put on a house. Thankfully, knowing the market and both our needs in a home he did NOT pull the offer and we ended up buying that house. Which we are utterly happy with. It is perfect. Matt is quiet, dedicated and considerate. He watches and listens to everything you say to him. He went way out of his way for my husband and I. He never told us no. Just let us come to our own conclusions. He helped us talk through our actual wants/needs without giving his own opinion. He is the most professional realtor we have ever worked with.
