Matt’s qualities as a realtor and in general an awesome human being are numerous. His ability to multitask and organize are incomparable. I called him every night even as late as 10pm to discuss houses to see the next day. He emailed the list of viewings, ordered and scheduled within a couple hours He quickly read our personalities and and needs and rolled with our craziness as the situation presented itself. In one instance I point blank told him to pull an offer we put on a house. Thankfully, knowing the market and both our needs in a home he did NOT pull the offer and we ended up buying that house.
