More than a realtor, a trusted friend in the home selling process
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Margie Baker to sell our home in Oregon City, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her encouragement throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Margie was exceptionally communicative, down to earth, and quick to respond, which made us feel confident and well-informed every step of the way. What really stood out to us was how thoughtful and understanding she is, especially knowing we have two little kids. She was careful in how she listed our house to make the showing process as low-stress as possible, always considering our family’s needs while still keeping everything moving smoothly and efficiently. Even when she recommended we update our kitchen for a better sales outcome, she did so in a kind way and left it up to us. She knew with 2 kids under 2 that it would be quite the undertaking, but she was also truthful that it was likely we would get less than asking price because of the state of our kitchen. In the end, we updated it- but her expertise in this really helped us to know what to focus on when selling. Margie’s felt more like a trusted friend than just a realtor. And our home sold at full asking price within just 3 days of going on the market. We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with Margie and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
