Bobby is an exceptional realtor
Over my career, we've relocated many times, and I've worked with buyer and seller realtors more than thirty times. I say that only to establish that I have a qualified opinion — and hands down, Bobby is exceptional. Bobby has lived nearly his entire life in the area, so he truly knows the market. I cold-called him and told him upfront that we were only in the area temporarily while looking for a place in Sarasota, but wanted to also consider the broader Cocoa Beach / Cape Canaveral area. Rather than treat us as a low priority, he made time to show us around and educate us on the market. During the process, we fell in love with the area and ended up buying our forever home, a beautiful condo right on the beach. Things got difficult along the way, but Bobby stayed the course, offered sage advice, and continued advocating for us — all without ever being pushy. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

Greatly Appreciate my Agent
Bobby was recommended by a friend. He was her realtor. I lived out of state and considered moving to FL. Bobby helped me find a new residence.
