•Joy is an amazing realtor and person. I feel so lucky to have worked with her on buying my first home; she was very patient in explaining every step of the process, went out to see multiple properties with me, and most of all, she gave me very honest and realistic advice about what would be a good investment and what might have issues down the line. I felt like I could really trust her expertise and she had my best interest in mind. Additionally she has built a large local network of people (handymen, inspectors, mortgage brokers) who were great to work with along the way in the process. She and her husband even came out personally to help me fix up some stuff on the house I was buying so it could pass FHA inspection. She goes above and beyond for all her clients. She is the best!! :)
