Manny was relentless in the pursuit of finding a buyer for my tricky to sell condo because of an abnormally high HOA rate. She went out of her way to check on the place between showings (when it would storm) as I lived out of state by this point. Manny is young and exciting and while she may not have an answer for you when you ask a question, she gets the answer to you in 24 hours or less. She has contacts for inspections and other matters and the purchase of the condo went like a breeze. She made sure everyone was on the same page. And let me tell you how important that is as you arrive at closing day. When you are in the market choose Manny and not because she has the same name as my Uncle. She is fantastic. Smoothest real estate purchase I have ever made. Honesty is her best policy!!
