Myriam was truly exceptional. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her since I was set on buying my first HOME Myriam, was ALWAYS available for anything. her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she always calls back no longer than 5 minutes later. She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents that you get when you are buying new house. The delivery of the information was straightforward, letting me know about pros/cons for moving forward. She really treats the situation like she was purchasing the property. Myriam, will work with you to make your desires a reality. She is also very well versed at dealing with lenders and the construction company we were dealing with. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Myriam was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence she would get the job done – and she did! Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I’ve already recommended her to many of my good friends. When I am looking to buy again, I will not hesitate to call her.
