Searching for a new home can be stressful and overwhelming for some, at least for me it was. Chris made the process of selecting our home easy and made us feel comfortable in our decision. Chris provided us with sufficient information that we had requested in order to make an informed decision. These include: age of roof, age of central AC, high impact windows, various types of updates on new home, flood zone vs non flood zones, estimated property tax, non-deed restriction neighborhoods and much more. Chris was great at searching for homes within our budget and was also available to show us homes that we had searched for ourselves. He dugout information that we needed for these properties in order for us to make an educated decision on purchasing a new home. We finally found the home of our dreams, however, the competition was overwhelming. There were 16 offers on the table!!! One was a cash offer which to our disappointment, won the race! To our surprise, the next day, the cash offer pulled out and Chris got a call from the listing agent stating that we were chosen out of the rest of the offers. The reason was the way Chris structured our deal. I don’t want to give away his secret, but if you’re looking for a real estate agent in Sarasota, you won’t regret hiring Chris Giuffre!!! You know how some realtors are pushy? Well, you won’t find that with Chris, he listens and is not forceful. Chris is very communicable, prompt in his responses and gets back to you in a timely manner. He will go out of his way to be available to you.
