•Michelle was always easy to get in touch with. She is very responsive and made herself available to talk and view homes during all the times I requested no matter what day and time. While we cruised to our target houses Michelle shared tons of helpful newbie and investor-level tricks of the trade from her 30+ years of being a real estate investor experience. She shared great, to good, to bad practices and precautions, things to look out for, and gave her strategic advice on smart real estate investing and leasing out rental properties. Michelle also negotiated a crazy deal, in which the seller covered virtually all costs, in a seller's market I will add. She basically made everything seem and feel super easy from the moment I contacted her for help, until closing! As long as Michelle is around and in the game, she will be my 1st choice realtor!
