•We contact Mara through our lender, we were not really looking but we saw a property that we really liked. She got to work right away on a Saturday night, got us all the documents of the house, and got our offer ready by Monday. That first property didn't work out for us. Within a few days of this, she found us another property in our desired area and got the offer ready. Mara was fast-moving and always available to contact us to resolve any of our questions, anything she didn't have the answer about the new property, disclosures, etc. was able to get us an answer, and she was working at all times the day getting all the paperwork ready. Mara's personal and warm touch made us feel like we knew her forever. She even helped us find out how to connect the utilities. Thank you so much Mara for helping us find our new home!
