Extraordinary Agent

I interviewed several agents to list my home in Marietta. All the agents were qualified and suggested list prices for the sale. Jonathan had suggested the highest of the agents, however, that is not why I chose him. He had a strategy to bring buyers in his network and he knew the neighborhood better than anyone else. Well, his strategy worked and within 2 weeks Jonathan brought a cash buyer. I am also a realtor so my standards are very high.
