•It’s simple, without Sharyl this purchase would not have happened. Considering the circumstances behind the story of the property, this is the only home we had interest in and told Sharyl about. Also, the home was already under contract. Once Sharyl got to work at it the deal was done. Sharyl is awesome and has become an extended family member. Our experience with Sharyl was straight forward, professional and delightful. I can go on and on, but you get the point. God blessed us with Sharyl and without that we would not be enjoying our new home.
