This agent responds immediately, she shows up to every appointment, she goes above and beyond for me and all I refer to her. This is hard to find in this day and age. Agents never show up to a showing of shown by another agent. So who tells the new agent about the property?

Kimberly brings the best of both worlds to the realtor/client relationship. She is both a realtor and an experienced real estate investor - this combination proved priceless on the project that I enlisted her services for! Her knowledge as an investor helped me fine tune my scope of work, and she was generous enough to provide referrals of sub contractors who did excellent work. Her skills as a realtor shined through from the pricing to the marketing of the finished project.
