•I met Deanna in 2008 when she assisted me in purchase of a 3-bedroom, 2-bath upper condo at a buying price below market level! Although, I was a previous homeowner, she informed me of the First Time Homebuyer's Program and educated me on my eligibility and the process. That's who Deanna is. She is very knowledgeable, resourceful, and her advocacy for her clients goes over and beyond. So, in May 2021, I called Deanna to let her know that I was in the market to purchase another home. I thought I was being proactive as my plan was to actually move in 2022. However, Deanna let me know that the time is now! So once again, her experience in and knowledge about the market led me to another very successful buying. In fact, within a 5-month period, Deanna helped me with the purchase of my dream home - new construction, single-level, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, gated community, state-of-the-art community center (cafe, lounge, wine room, rec room, pool, fitness center, gardens, etc.) and so much more. Her advice to purchase when I did was profound! I already have over $100,000 in equity in my home in less than a year. There is more...at the time of my purchase, Deanna helped me to stage and sell my condo for over asking price AND then also facilitated the purchase of my daughter and grandson's first home. I have written a lot about all what Deanna did but I would be remiss if I didn't also mention how she did it...how she juggled all of the personalities, tasks, ups and downs. Well, Deanna was so patient, caring, straightforward, consistent, informative, flexible, and thorough each step of the way! I know Deanna to be a BLESSING to our family. I cannot thank her enough for the commitment and compassion she showed me and my family in making the sale and purchasing of our ideal homes a reality.
