He started in the field with residential properties and quickly recognized his interest in development and multifamily properties. As the Managing Broker at Max Land Value Realty he strives to meet every client’s goal with integrity, strong communication and commitment. Leading his work ethic is his priority to help create strong and sustainable communities. Dave has a BA from Hamline University and completed his real estate training with Kaplan Real Estate Education.
