From excellent advice before even the home was listed (because it was a trust sale) to getting the home prepared for sale, getting inspections and work done ASAP and with the help of her husband David to sort thru the multiple offers we received!

Mareijke is a gift for First Time Home buyers. If you were a First Time Home Buyer you know that the process can be daunting and stressful. I realized quickly that even though you spent countless hours researching, it helps to know the steps of the process, but you need that knowledgeable, fantastic realtor to guide you and sometimes talk you out of the notion of buying that first fixer upper you toured, because you are now the “Weekend general contractor”. Mareijke was that realtor and will continue to be if we decide to go through this process of buying again or selling the current home. I would not hesitate to recommend Mareijke to anyone. Dave sold my father’s home after I had to move him to assisted living. He did a fantastic job accomplishing this overwhelming (to me) goal.
