We did have another agent before Nina....she did not understand our needs and locations. Nina changed this immediately and we meet 1 time to look at properties, that we did like. Nina IS VERY RESPONSIVE, the fastest I met in real-estate. She does not loose the pace and accuracy through-out the process..and also after the purchase she is still available. This women has good work-ethics and judgement level... I have already recommended her to a close friend and will continue to recommend . Regards

After a bad experience with a previous realtor, I made sure to ask around -- and several coworkers recommended Nina. She was AMAZING from start to finish, always super responsive no matter what hour of the day or night, and happy to answer every question I had. If I wanted to see a property ASAP, she made sure she was available. We saw at least two dozen houses before I found the perfect home. When it came to making the offer, Nina negotiated the price down, got me a home warranty included, AND got them to include the brand-new washer and dryer which originally were supposed to be kept by the owners. She was absolutely fabulous to work with, and made the complicated process of buying a home so easy and less stressful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home!

We were very impressed with Nina. Very knowledgeable and presented herself extremely well. Hiring a full time realtor is the way to go. She was always available and she made us feel like we were her only client even though she was very busy. Feedback from showings was top priority. Theresa Corchado has a knowledge on the area of where we wanted to shop and also is very helpful with floor plans landing your needs and wants! Finding someone who know what a house should sale for base upon upgrades, square footage and potential area growth is great!
