Jesse, went above and beyond in the purchase of this property. He was very transparent and open with his communication. He knew who to ask if he didn't have an answer to any questions I had. This property had some curve balls attached that were out of our control and Jesse was very professional in the whole process to get the sale accomplished. He was able to deal with both sides in a calm and professional manner. I would definitely uses his services in the future in the selling or purchasing of a property. Jesse was the best realtor I have ever had. He went above and beyond his job to help me sell my house when I had to move out of state. He assisted me with obtaining cleaning service, painters, and contractors and monitored their work to ensure they did a great job. He was in constant contact with me regarding the selling process and progress. He was always available for me when I had questions and was always pleasant when I spoke with him. He is very knowledgeable and resourceful. He has a great personality and was very professional in every step of the selling process. If I were to move back to Charleston, SC and buy another home I would definitely contact Jesse for assistance. Eileen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us all along the way, anticipating issues and taking care of them. The property we bought had a septic system rather than sewer connection, and this caused many issues when trying to figure out if and where a pool could be built. I strongly recommend her.

I went to an open house where I met Shane. Even though the house was out of my price range Shane took the time to show me around and tell me the history of the house. At the time my husband and I had not even tried to apply for a home loan, we were just sure that no one would finance us.
