•Knowing we were interested in a 55+ community, Dan helped us narrow down our options so we could pinpoint our priority areas. Due to the current situation we were not able to look at very many properties in person but he found a way for us to do a couple of walkthroughs so we weren’t just looking at places online. We were particularly interested in this neighborhood and knew that there was not a lot of inventory available. When a couple of listings did come up Dan was extremely responsive and jumped into action so we could go see them that day. We were one of the first people to see this house and instantly loved it. That night Dan helped us put together an offer so we didn't miss out in this crazy market. Initially, there were a few changes that needed to be made to the contract. We really didn't want to lose the deal and with Dan’s expertise and guidance we were able to make some decisions and go under contract within a day of the showing. From there and up to the closing Dan proactively communicated deadlines and kept us on track so everything felt smooth and easy. We would highly recommend Dan at Catch & Release for all of your real estate needs!
