Let me start off by saying what an awesome realtor Marty has been thru out this entire process of selling my home. His negotiations skills are impeccable along with his market knowledge. A realtors communication skills is a very important component of getting the house sold. Marty’s communication style gave me the confidence in his ability to get the job done.I was experiencing internal difficulties from a divorce and getting the house sold seemed like a taunting task. I truly cannot say enough good things about Marty! He is one of the most professional and genuinely kind people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We had the please of working with Marty to buy our forever home. Marty was terrific to work with along with making this a fun experience. He treated everyone including myself, my spouse, my sister, Pulte rep, and various other home sellers with the utmost respect, along with still being fun, and making sure we all had a good time finding us a very good deal. We are very happy with our new home, and hope to stay a very long time. Since we bought a new home, we still have contact with the builder,and not only the builder’s rep, but also my sister (who has purchased many properties thru out the country, and everyone involved has said how professional and accommodating Marty was. I worked with Marty a few years back when I bought our first (and current) home. Fast forward to now, after my Dad passed, we had to sell his house. Marty was great as always, he keeps you in the loop with every update, big or small. He makes the process so stress free and he truly does to bat for you.
