•We first met Chad Tyler when he represented the seller of a lot we were buying in Monroe County. We were impressed and decided to use him when we sold our home in South Atlanta. His marketing skills proved to be spot on. He brought in his photographer to create a perfect Zillow presentation which resulted in our home being one of the top viewed listings in Henry County. As a result, our home sold to the first person who looked at it. The buyer had been in our neighborhood to look at another home, but told his realtor that he wanted to look at a house he had seen on Zillow. Chad is professional and worked diligently from the listing to the closing. We highly recommend Chad Tyler whether you are buying or selling.
