•We told Deena that we were buying a house, sight unseen, and were counting on her to represent us through the offer, negotiations, acceptance, inspection, repair, HOA, and closing process. Deena agreed to work with us and we can say without a doubt, that it took all of her experience and enthusiasm to make it work. She handled issues with repairs needed in the house and provided a flooring guy who did excellent work and was very timely. Deena worked closely with the local HOA people and made it easier to move forward, She reviewed our closing papers and was able to manage a closing cost change that was definitely in our favor! We can say, without a doubt that Deena's performance was a 10 out of 10!
