•We had an excellent experience working with our agent, Briana Cole. She was extremely proactive from day one, stepping in after our previous agent struggled to get us any showings—despite an entire summer on the market. Within a short time, she secured multiple investor offers, and when it became clear those would not meet our goals, she pivoted quickly and lined up the showings our prior agent had never been able to obtain. Thanks to her effort and follow-through, we received a viable offer in the first week and were able to sell our home in time to make our move to our new property. Her support did not stop at closing. She continued to assist us during our lease-back period, helping resolve questions and issues that came up after the sale. We genuinely enjoyed working with her and appreciated her responsiveness, initiative, and commitment to getting the job done. If we sell again in the future, Briana is going to be the agent we call. The only drawback in our experience was the title company involved in the transaction. We did not realize we had selected them, and the process included several paperwork errors on both the buyer and seller sides. While this was not a reflection of our agent’s performance, it is something we would be more proactive about in the future. Overall, if you want your home sold for a fair and reasonable price in today’s market, she is the agent to have in your corner. We highly recommend working with her—and also recommend asking detailed questions about the title company selection early on and speaking up if anything seems off.
