My husband and I first met Lisa in 2004 when we were looking for our first home. We didn't have a realtor at the time, but wanted to see one of her listings. We were so glad we did! She helped us buy our first home, so when we were ready for an upgrade, Lisa was the first person we called. She came out within days of me contacting her, did a market analysis, and we listed shortly thereafter. Lisa is honest, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, not only about the market, but about the areas she covers in the local communities as well. When we decided to go with new construction for our second home, Lisa was there every step of the way. She helped us through the many obstacles of building a home, explained what we needed and when we needed it, advised us on what questions to ask contractors, and came out consistently to meet with the builder and check progress. She is a go-getter and knows how to get things done. We couldn't have done it without her, and I highly recommend her services for any of your real estate needs.

Lisa is awesome. She worked with me and my husband for about 6 months and helped us find our dream home. She works for herself, and she is very knowledgeable about the towns in central MA. She's super responsive via email, phone, text, or whatever is your preference. She's practical and to the point. She got a good feel for what we were looking for and was able to give us very helpful advice (we were first time home buyers and didn't always know what we were looking at!). She walked us through the ins and outs of every step of the process when we decided to make an offer on what is now our new home. She also knew how to play hardball with the banks and other brokers/agents when necessary.
