Theresa has represented me three times in real estate transactions, two sales and one purchase. In each transaction she was professional, knowledgeable about the current market and very helpful. The sales resulted in offers within a few days of listing and the purchase was accepted the day an offer was made even though there was another offer on the property. I don't reside in FL any more, but if I did Theresa would be the only realtor I would turn to. I was extremely satisfied with her services.

Theresa gave excellent advice on all three properties to help facilitate the transaction. She was always professional and knowledgeable about the market. Working with Theresa Verrengia was a true blessing and a great experience in purchasing my first townhouse in New Port Richey. From day one Theresa was able to find and share several choice townhouses within my budget and demographic. In our first few days working together she was able to find the perfect option for me, which included an elevator, so she put an offer in. When it came to negotiating the final price, she was able to unexpectedly save me a few thousand off the asking price. As a handicapped veteran applying for a VA loan Theresa made sure everything from the applicatiin, the home inspection and right up to the closing table went smooth and met all the requirements necessary for me to move in by my original desired target date without a hiccup. She did a fantastic job helping me obtain the financing needed, at the lowest possible interest rate and unexpectedly saved me over $10,000 in closing cost just days before we closed on my purchase. From start to finish my experience working with Theresa was a pleasant and stress-free experience for me and my mental health.
