Was great everything we asked for

I was pessimistic about how much we would get for the home. George encouraged me to list it at a higher amount and to be more comfortable with the whole process.

My wife and I were very anxious in the beginning since we were convinced the market value of the home was very low. George persuaded us to list the home at an amount higher than I thought was possible because he believed the market was strong. After an offer was made, he encouraged us to counter in a way that resulted in a subsequent higher offer. My wife and I understand if not for George, we would have sold the home for much less.
