I went with my gut in picking my agent Matt Maloney. He lives and works on the West Side I liked that and I liked he wasn’t pushy and he answered all my questions. He always answered the phone day or night even on weekends. You got to love that! I checked out other agents I got back lots of voicemails and texts. Yes, he has market knowledge and skills and other stuff but just answering the phone When I had a question was tops for me . Thank you Matt
