•We worked with Neill to sell our townhouse and purchase our new house. Neill was very helpful, kind, conscientious, and knowledgeable. He not only gave us helpful hints and vendors to help us get our townhouse ready for sale, he also was very useful in looking at new properties. His knowledge in home repair and home inspections is invaluable. Neill has a wonderful down to earth personality and a pleasant sense of humor. We were not the easiest customers to work with because of our specifications with both the selling price and what we wanted in a new home. It was a win-win sale and repurchase situation and we would not hesitate to use Neill as our Realtor in the future. Needless to say, we highly recommend him.
