•Jason's work ethic was apparent to me during my very first interaction with him. While on the phone with him, he immediately started to acquire the information he needed to help me out. It was very clear that he believed in putting in the work to earn his commission. Reflecting back after working with Jason, the realtors I previously worked with had a habit of basically getting the customer to do all their work for them. I didn't fully realize this until Jason showed me the way it's supposed to be done. Jason not only took care of the standard tasks of listing the property, but he also assisted in coordinating repairs while under contract (one of which occurred during extremely late hours, which his team took the initiative to take care of without delay). I would highly recommend Jason Guyot's Realtor Services.
