Jason was professional and communicated with me every step of the way. Although I decided to back away from building a home, I decided to keep Jason as my realtor to purchase a pre-existing home. He helped me negotiate my offer to get a better deal. I did not have to do much with Jason as my realtor because he took care of everything. The only work I needed to do was sign documents. If there was anything I did not understand, I could call or text him. After purchasing the home, Jason was still there to check on me. There should be more realtors like Jason Guyot.
