•When I found myself needing to list my house as the market was turning, I turned to Patrick Pixley. He had been my buyer’s agent when I bought the home and I knew he had an extensive file on the home and would be able to most effectively sell that same home for me. I was living on the coast when I bought and Patrick had a lot of extra work since I was working and unavailable. He went above and beyond a typical realtor’s job and did it with a cheerful attitude. The week before I listed, we had a hurricane and incredible rains. I had just invested in new landscaping and Patrick was extremely helpful and checked on the home for me as I had moved again. I both bought and sold quickly because Patrick had kept a close eye on the market and comps and made necessary adjustments. I can’t say enough how having Patrick as my realtor made the purchase and selling of my home easy. Not only was he responsive and effective, he is a kind and helpful person who always wears a smile. I highly recommend Mr. Pixley as a realtor who really cares for his customers.
