•We enjoyed working with Helen Jones. She is very personable and professional. She was always available and worked through our complex situation with ease. I, especially, loved her in the 4th quarter of the process as we pushed for closing. She was relentless in engaging with the lender in order to close on time. She liaised very well with the lender and title company. The buying process and finalizing a loan can be a nervous time even for experienced buyers like us, but Helen Jones was on top of it. We got a good deal on the house and are happy with our choice; we are glad Helen was on this ride with us.
