Raymond helped my family move nearly 700 miles with an experience as simple as home buying could be. My wife and I decided to sell our home during a time when the market was not favorable to sellers. It was clear Raymond was up to the task. He took time to listen to why we were moving and what we were looking for in our next purchase. He did an excellent job and showing our home with a YouTube presentation inclusive of an aerial view. Throughout the process he was always a high communicator which we appreciated as were kept informed about the experience of the potential buyers that came through our home. Raymond offered us great recommendations to ensure we could obtain the highest value for our home. Although Raymond is quite knowledgeable. He leaves nothing to chance as was the case when he was not comfortable with the home "comps" he was obtaining because there were no homes recently sold in our neighborhood. Therefore, he recommended we obtain an appraisal. We appreciated his honesty in recognizing we needed more expertise to ensure we priced our home competitively. While it was a challenge to sell our home during a time that was not in our favor.
