•My experience was a roller coaster ride of highs and lows. Joss made it very clear that failure is not an option for the small cabin. I wished to purchase in Magic city resort the first time I saw the cabin. I really wanted to have it. Issue after issue kept popping up regarding requirements and Joss made things so much smoother. I would not have picked a better agent than Joss Grandeau. Sometimes I was at the point of pulling my hair in great fear that I was gonna lose it, but for Joss failure is not an option and he got me through it with his kindness clarity respectful manner of helping me remain calm and high spirits and hopeful. Now I’m the new owner of a small cabin in magic resort in Magic city where I will be spending summers, enjoying all of the water, sports fishing, horseback riding, etc. I am so grateful and happy that Joss was my agent.
