Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value and Resourcefulness

Whatever your needs are buying or selling your home, I recommend Corey Frith. Corey knows the market, communicative/responsive and extremely resourceful. Corey will always tell you the truth and use every resource he can to get you into a home. As first time homebuyers in this crazy competitive market, Corey got us into a home that we absolutely love. Not Corey’s fault, it took several months and over 10 offers on many different houses to finally get an offer accepted. Corey scheduled every house we wanted to see very quickly always on a day/time that worked for me in all hours of the day both week days and weekends. Corey never gave up and fought for every offer we put in. Finally, we got one accepted. While under contract my original mortgage company stated the VA was not going to approve my loan even being preapproved. I thought that I was going to lose the house. In tears feeling the worse disappointment in my life, Corey called me and I told him what our loan mortgage company stated. I asked Corey “are we going to lose the house?” With complete confidence and reassurance, Corey stated “no, we are still under contract and let me contact some loan specialists that I know.” I told him ok going from tears of sadness to complete feeling of hopefulness with joy. Within hours later the same day, Corey got me in touch with a loan specialist from his resources and the new mortgage company started going to work. Two days later in the same week, I was approved by the VA. Corey has the best inspector in his pocket for home inspections. His inspector was awesome very knowledgeable, professional and high attention to detail. Our appraisal in our house was dead on the amount Corey stated it would appraise for which was the offer we put on the house. I got the initial and final underwriting done thanks to Corey’s recommendation to the new mortgage company. Corey and I just got done smiling together at the closing table signing for my new home.
