•This was the second transaction that we had with Maya and I didn't think she would be able to raise the bar again but I couldn't have been more wrong. Maya laid out a clear plan of how we should approach the sale even though it was not at an ideal time of year. She was aggressive about the process and also kept us focused on the things that needed to be done to get the price we wanted. She helped get our home ready for photos and showing and taught us the tricks of the trade to make sure it appealed to the maximum number of buyers. She gave us an estimate on how long it would take and she beat that estimate by a couple of weeks. There was never a time where we felt that we lost contact or weren't a priority. We have moved multiple times in the last couple of years and Maya has set a new standard for what we expect. She makes it look easy, she comes with an attitude to help you get things done. She truly feels like she is a part of your team by the end. She is so much more than an agent. She was a godsend at a crazy time in our lives and we couldn't recommend her more.
