•Because Ann was my property manager many years ago and was very responsive, personable, and professional in this capacity, I looked for her when I was ready to sell my rental property. In the first meeting she had all the comps ready so I immediately knew a range what my property could sell for. Her suggested starting price cleverly brought in two offers and her negotiation with the potential buyers was very professional and to my benefit. The final offer was raised before I accepted it. The house was on the market Friday and by next Tuesday I accepted the final offer. From start through escrow and finish, the renters were disturbed as little as possible for a very smooth transition. Ann was always available to answer my questions.
