Kim was Extremely Good at Negotiation

I heard from friends that Kim has tremendous amount of experience with Davis market and is one of very few agents that you can actually trust. The house that I was offering to buy was contingent on the owner finding AND closing a replacement property, which is a big uncertainty for me given that i needed to find a place before June. I worked with a different agent previously and made an offer to that house; however, the previous agent did not have very good negociation skill or a good intuition about how to deal with such complex conditions, and the deal fell apart. I switched to working with Kim (best decision ever) and made an affer to the same house again. Kim was extremely good in negociation (at some point, the seller even decided to not sell the house anymore; but Kim convinced them to!!), communicating with both parties, and strategic and professional about terms to protect my interest. She spent a lot of time talking with both the seller and me to make sure that both of us have confidence that it will work out. Honestly I didn't have the confidence that it would work at the begining, as it seems almost impossible that the seller can quickly find and close replacement property. But i trusted Kim more than trusted myself. And she was right! I got my absolute dream house and I almost cried. Going through this whole process and seeing how much work Kim put into this, her exceptional insights and intuition, and years of experience with Davis market, I truly believe that no one else, other than Kim, could have made such a difficult transaction work. Kim made this happen for me! I am so so so grateful.
