Definitely recommend Jim, he is courteous, organized, proactive, thorough, smart, experienced, honest & available. He has 9+ years of experience and it shows in the way he helped us find the right home. He was easy to work with, able to help us focus into specifics wants which is a necessity to make the right choice. I have a busy work schedule and my wife was 2 hours away yet he could create a schedule and use various forms of communication with us to work according to our needs. Jim is knowledgeable about the market and usually had extensive knowledge of the neighborhood, the homes and buildings in general. He is a strong negotiator, great communicator, patient, and gave great advice. We bought our second home with Jim and we had some problems at the last moment yet Jim was able to manage the problem and find the best solution. After close Jim has still been able to help me with get connected with the local area businesses that have made the move easier.
