This was my second home purchased with the help...

This was my second home purchased with the help of Eric White. The market was super competitive the first time I purchased in South Tampa in 2005 and even more competitive and ultra fast paced when purchasing this time around in Lutz in 2021. Working with Eric you feel like you are his only client as he provides constant availability and tailoring to your needs. Call, text, email response rate is quick, efficient, and provides you with the knowledge you need without having to ask multiple times. Eric was available to us for probably 8 weekends in a row viewing 5-7 properties a weekend from South Tampa all the way up to Starkey Ranch and everywhere in between. It never felt like a hassle or that we were being pressured into choosing more quickly or at the top of our price range, it always felt like a partnership. Eric would always map out the best routes and have contacted the listing agents for each house and gotten info prior to the day we went which was great for us having a newborn in tow for most of these trips. Eric has the resources to get you an appraisal, lender, inspector and insurance if needed which was very important during this chaotic market where houses were gone in under a day in some cases. We also talked through strategies and he was able to have offers drafted within hours of saying “go” which is crucial in this current market where inventory is low and the number of offers is high. Eric was able to find us a great home and helped us negotiate a fair price which ended up being $90k under the original listing price and if you are active in this current market, I assure you that is unheard of as every other house was going for 10-25k over ask. If you are looking for a trustworthy, honest, genuine, and experienced partner in this process, then Eric is your guy.
