Sam was great to work with- he represented me as a buyer for my Tierra Verde, FL townhome. He showed me all of the properties that made sense and those that sold in the past. I was able to make a quick, competitive and successful offer. The transaction was handled smoothly and all of the paperwork was organized and well managed. Kevin Welland was a tremendous Agent for us. He went above and beyond to help us find a house. We are out of state and he literally did everything for us. From finding listings to schedule schowings when we flew to Florida to see different houses. Once we found a house we liked, he did all our inspections and since roof repair was needed he was there to oversee that it is being done.
