•After working with a lot of realtors over the years and getting nowhere, I was starting to think my standards were just too high… and then I struck gold when I met Anet. She was professional, caring, and truly fought for what was in my best interest instead of just trying to close a deal quickly like a lot of Miami realtors. I never got close to closing with other realtors, but Anet got me great deal and a smooth FTHB process in only 2 months from the day we met at an open house, which still feels insane to me. Anet never pressured me into settling for a home I didn’t fully love or rushed me into making a decision. Instead, she was patient, honest, and always negotiated hard to get me the best possible price and deal - which she knew was my main focus. On top of that, she’s just a genuinely kind and calming person to be around, which made the entire process feel far less stressful for me as a FTHB. Even more impressive, literally every referral she gave me throughout the process was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. I would happily work with Anet again, and I’ve already recommended her to friends and family, which I almost never do. She’s truly the best realtor I’ve worked with in Miami.
