•Gerardo is great. Knew the areas and neighborhoods. Had insight into the homes. Answered all questions and looked forward to what we didn’t even ask or know to ask. Provided suggestions, things to look for and think about. Great at suggesting homes and responding to the homes we found on our own. Thanks Gerardo.
Gerardo helped us sell and buy a new home. After reaching out to him, we delayed our sale for a year because of life’s hurdles and our dream of buying our next home was slowly starting to fade. Gerardo remained in contact throughout the year and continued to provide us with valuable information and resources which ultimately led to us making the final push and we purchased a new home in January. Gerardo sold our home on the first open house, within hours! We didn’t even have a new home lined up and we were worried about being homeless. The search can be very dreadful, looking at so many houses can be exhausting and time consuming. Gerardo was able to narrow it down and work quickly with sellers to get answers to all of our questions. He had a good sense of what we were looking for so we would send him listings and he would sort through them and schedule showings around our hectic work schedules. Gerardo worked well with my attorney and loan officer. When we finally selected a home, I had started a new job, traveling, and I was finalizing work on our current home, so I didn’t have much time. He took the lead and made sure all parties completed their tasks on time and we closed on the new house a week apart! If the seller had completed certain repairs on time we could have closed on the same day. We are very happy and appreciative of Gerardo’s efforts to make this possible.
