•Kristine exudes so much confidence and professionalism that we knew immediately that we had made the right choice in hiring her, and felt great about the whole process from day one. We knew that we would be traveling during the selling process, and she made everything so easy that it didn't even matter where we were. We had mentioned that we preferred to communicate via text or email rather than phone, and she totally honored that 100%. I firmly believe that she got us literally thousands of dollars more than we were expecting, in a way that still felt fair to all parties involved. We had underestimated the value of our place, and she made sure that we asked for an appropriate amount, and also didn't let us fall back to offering more than was fair for any requests made along the way. In addition to all the money she saved us, she also saved us a lot of time and hassle, which is priceless. All in all, we would recommend her services to anyone and everyone. From our first meeting to the closing, everything went completely smoothly, and we're so glad that we chose her as our Realtor.
