•Working with Jon was absolutely fantastic. From him hosting weekly open houses and even attending individuals showings (at our request) there was nothing that he refused to do, or even questioned when we asked. Every time that my wife or I tried calling, Jon either picked up right away, or called us back as soon as he was able to, and always seemed to treat us like his top priority, even while juggling other listings and assumedly making them feel the same. Jon worked with us day and night to help us get an offer and provide us with as smooth closing process. But, it didn’t stop there, even after we closed and forgot to send our internet equipment back, Jon worked with the buying agent and new homeowner to personally go and pick up the equipment and deliver it from Pleasant Hill all the way to our Internet provider’s office in Urbandale.
