•Chad was a hoot to work with. He didn't even get upset when we hit his car (we paid the repairs lol). He's quiet, but knows his stuff. He accurately called a bidding war and guided us through it. He was quick with responses and setting up showings. He drove a ridiculous amount of miles across two states without complaint. Funny enough, we bought a house down the street after all that only to find out a storm ripped the lines out of the house. Without his electrician contact we couldn't have closed when we did. If you like laid back, dry humour, a snazzy dresser and someone who knows his stuff, Chad is your guy :).
