•Mason is incredible to work with. I am typically not a fan of realtors, however, my experience with Mason was phenomenal. He is prompt, professional, communicates well and truly goes above and beyond. Here are a few areas I was particularly impressed with: 1) Upfront research - provided a comprehensive overview and background for pricing our home. He clearly walked through the process and provided a detailed report that helped me understand my home's value. 2) Listing - Mason picked high quality photographer/videographer to ensure our home looked its best. Mason clearly took time to create a writeup for our home, but was willing to adjust areas where we wanted to and worked with us to ensure it was comprehensive. 3) Negotiation - This is where Mason particularly excels. He made sure we understood not just the face value of the offer, but more importantly what the bottom line was. Mason advocated on our behalf and ensured that we were getting the best deal. 4) Misc. - Mason was the seller's agent for our home - but his advice and assistance also helped us as we purchased another home with another agent (I would have loved to bring Mason to be my realtor in another state - but that was not an option). Bottom Line - if you are selling a home in Lynchburg or surrounding areas you cannot go wrong working with Mason.
